Though many people may be unaware or even confused, the terms wire cloth and wire mesh are used synonymously in the industry to describe the same product. Discs, Shapes & Stamped Parts

With the popularity of our wire cloth disc stamping services we compiled a separate inventory of some of our most in demand disc sizes in market grade type 304 stainless steel. By no means is this a full accounting of our abilities in this area as we can punch out additional diameters, but this list provides our customers with a detailed reference point. Aside from size, wire cloth discs can be stamped in nearly any material or mesh count as well.

Plain Weave

This weave style is basically a plain crimped wire that has the wires placed in only odd numbered crimps (the intersections occur only at odd numbered crimps. IE. 3, 5, 7, 9) This weave style is good for screening applications where the relative opening is large compared to the wire diameter.

Intermediate Crimp

Lock Crimp
