Separator Rings
Universal Wire Cloth expertly fabricates fine and coarse mesh bound Separator rings to your required specifications. We handle all ring sizes from 18” up to and including 72” diameter rings. We offer Complete O.E.M. Replacement Screens comparable to all the leading manufacturers such as Sweco®, Kason® & Midwestern Industries® just name a few. We can offer either new "in stock" rings in either stainless or carbon steel for your desired mesh, or as an added benefit and cost reducing measure, we offer the ability to "rescreen" your old rings with the same required mesh. This process includes stripping and cleaning the old worn out mesh off the already existing ring and replacing it with a new mesh of your required specifications. Each screen is stretched and measured for proper tension rating using our precision calibrated serimeters. We then use our custom built mixing and dispensing equipment to apply a very consistent and uniform bead of adhesive as well as silicon. This “dual” bead process assures optimum performance of your screens. All rings can be produced in house and the mesh can be applied to the rings by either an epoxy or welded construction, with center hubs or without.
