Universal Wire Cloth has "in house"
mesh stamping capabilities to accommodate both long and short
run jobs. From solid tooling to stamp and or form mesh parts,
to inexpensive steel rule dies for short run jobs, UWC can provide
you with accurate, precise stampings, both efficiently and economically.
Some examples of the stampings we have provided
over the years are, round and oval shaped screens both flat and
formed. Screens for plastic extrusion applications such as single
layer to multi layer screens packs. Speaker covers. Various shaped
parts to fit specific engineered applications. Stamped screen
parts for various ventilation and safety requirements.
