Fireplace Mesh

One product which seems to be difficult to find is the mesh needed to fabricate custom fireplace screens. We have supplied many shops, companies and individuals with wire mesh which they custom fabricate to their desired requirements. Commonly used is a plain carbon steel mesh which has 8 openings along a 1" span (1/8" mesh) and a wire thickness of .028" diameter. This adds the protection from sparks but is still open enough to see through. Many use this spec to fabricate their screens, and finish them with a high temperature spray paint normally found in most home supply centers. This mesh is supplied in rolls 36" and 48" wide. A full roll consists of 100'. However, we can cut off any length you may desire for your project.
